About Me
I'm Caleb Jones, FNP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages at the Phelps Health Walk-In Clinics. I joined Phelps Health in November 2024, and work closely with my collaborating physician, Tiffany Bland, MD.
I treat patients for a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, strep throat, ear infections, minor cuts, sprains and mild allergic reactions. I also perform procedures such as splinting and suturing.
I enjoy the fast-paced environment of the walk-in clinics and the variety of conditions I treat each day. Every patient brings a new challenge. I address immediate concerns while promoting whole-patient care. To support the long-term health of my patients, I also advise them on nutrition, exercise and preventive care.
Growing up in a family with several medical professionals inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. Their encouragement, along with my early exposure to healthcare professions, shaped my passion for helping others.
I'm originally from Arizona and now live in Rolla with my wife and our two children. We live on a mini-farm with turkeys, geese, chickens, dogs and cats. In my free time, I enjoy working on my farm, hiking, biking, hunting and going to the river.
At Phelps Health, I have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients and positively impact the community's well-being.

More staff. Wait time was very long
They did well at getting me in and not allowing me to have a long wait time, but I do feel like the guy that seen me did not want to do any more than what he didn't have to. It was very like in and out and he just didn't really seem like he cared too much, like he was just there for the sake of a job. Other than that, that's it.
Very nice people and excellent care
Caleb has a very caring demeanor and listens to his patients! I am very grateful for what he did for me as I am a nurse practitioner myself and he was willing to help me return to my job because he listened to me and respected my request! Thank you Caleb! Your treatment has really made a difference for me!
Very professional
The exam room was not very clean. After talking to the X-ray technician and finding out what the problem was the wait time was about 20 minutes before a nurse brought the brace in to put on me . My discharge papers were on the floor and had a dirty shoe print on them.
Short wait time and staff was friendly and professional.
The experience was a good one, but I'm confused as to why MtChart shows a full review of systems. He looked in my throat and that was it. If an intermediate office visit was billed that's wrong. But it does seem to be the norm in your clinics.
We are fortunate to have this facility available to us. Always treated with respect and receive great care. The care provide during this visit went over the X-rays with me and thoroughly explained them and listened to any concerns I had. I do recommend them to others and will continue to use them as necessary.

We have never been unhappy coming to the clinic. We are treated exceptionally well and are medically helped. We choose the clinic over ER any time we can if we have a problem.
Once I got back to a room I wanted an hour. I may have had a viral infection on top of a stomach bug but I didnt have to wait an hour to be seen. Could of gave me steroids which my primary did the next day. Horrible service.
My husband and I have both had to seek care from this facility at various times over the past several years. We have always received excellent care, and have both recommended this facility to our friends and neighbors on many occasions.
I was supposed to be referred to an orthopedic group for follow-up care. I was seen for what they believe is a torn meniscus and I've never received a phone call from the follow-up group and I sent text message to the facility to ask them to send me a phone number that I could call the orthopedic group and I've never received any response.
I felt like the dr wanted me out of there and i was just a number and he was disrespectful. He didn't even listen to what was wrong with me.
That was the quickest clinic visit I've ever been to. Everyone was so kind, informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. It was a very pleasant visit.

I'm very happy with the staff at Phelps
I was seen very quickly. I got checked in immediately upon entry to the facility. I didn't have a very long wait. People treated me courteously. They explained things and were very kind, even when the power went out. I was very pleased to know that they grew out the culture for my bacteria and then when it was found that the initial medication that I was prescribed wouldn't work, they prescribed another and sent it to the pharmacy and then called me to let me know. This is great care. Thanks very much.

Caleb Jones kind of did the clean up work with me. I was three weeks into the effects of my sickness and, literally, he was the one who gave me hope that I would feel better. While things were not handled perfectly with my care prior to Caleb, his help was very much appreciated.
The medicine the doctor prescribed me has made a change for the better for my legs and I was wondering if he could prescribe me some more

Your receptionist kindness and attentiveness not a kind person
Courteous, caring, friendly knowledgeable, very short waiting time once I was escorted to my patient room. Whenever I can't be seen by my PCP I check here and have always received the same great service and healing. I have encouraged others to use your walk,-in service --- all with excellent reviews. When you are hurting or have health issues, this is where to start. Appreciate your excellent service and care. Everyone is so positive and eager to lend a helping hand. Your staff really cares about my health and well-being.
Hi, I think everything was done extremely well. The only suggestion I would have is that there is a better way for people to line up to see the nurses. We had someone cut in line and the people they cut in front of didn't say anything, so I didn't feel a need to do that to cause any more issues, but it would just be nice to have a visible line so that line cutters can be told to go to the back. Thank you.
The nurse, the doctor, the lady that checked me in, they were all very, very nice and cordial to me. The whole place was great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service all around
Caleb was absolutely delightful. Very positive, upbeat, friendly, eye-to-eye connection. Very listened to everything because it was a complicated situation. Came up with a good solution that seems to be working with the medication. And we just had a good time. I can't say a whole lot more than that. Thank you.

Yes, they all did wonderful by me. You all are a great location, and when we have something wrong, we come to you all. And I would recommend you highly. Caleb was my nurse practitioner. He was excellent as any doctor could be, and he got the sticker of the sore thorn-like out of my foot, and I'm doing well, and he was so nice and wonderful. And he gets a total A plus 10. Professional and quick
We are so very pleased with this walk in clinic . My husband was there tues am . Positive for strep . With medicine. I went that evening. Sore throat for me also . But I'm on an antibiotic for uti . I tested negative . But was treated because I had the same symptoms as my husband . So thankful for this clinic and common sense and knowledge.
Everything! Could not of done any better.
I found most of the staff professional and very kind. The check in staff was great, the nurse was friendly and caring. She listened and responded to my concerns. However the NP was not. I do not feel he even listened to what I was saying. He barely paid attention to my concerns. I felt he read my chart and decided what the prognosis was based on a previous visit. He barely looked at or paid attention to my ailment. The nurse prior was more attentive and focused. She felt the heat & swelling and seemed concerned where he barely looked or inquired about where the pain was. I did not feel he was half as personable or caring as the previous nurse or the provider I saw on a previous visit. I truly felt he had somewhere he wanted to be & was not interested in providing care or being present in the room. I found the facility and the majority of the staff to be exceptional.
I had a positive experience at Phelps Clinic, the walk-in clinic. I can't speak on the entire hospital or facility because I haven't been seen anywhere else, but the doctor, nurse, the receptionist, everybody was respectful, professional, and talked to me, and that's very important. Thank you.

I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and made the visit better than any other Urgent Care I've been to in the past. Y'all are killing it!! Thank you so much! :o)
Things were wonderful but he said I would be getting a call from an Ortho doctor for my shoulder. This has never happened!

As soon as my daughter and I walked in everything was wonderful! The front desk lady was so nice, the nurse was WONDERFUL, the X-ray technician and the NP was great as well. I have no complaints everything was wonderful. I recommend this Urgent Care to a lot of people now.
Everything was what I expected from a walk in clinic
Everyone was polite and personable! Most of all professional! They listened not only to me the adult but to the child and I feel that's very important. Provider asked my child if he had any questions and explained everything in away he could understand.

The nursing staff was absolutely amazing and kind, very informative! My provider was also very kind, I could not have asked for a better group or nurses and a doctor!
I was being seen for eye inflammation, irritation yet my eyes weren't looked at at all except from across the room. I would have felt better had he taken the time to actually look at what the problem was.
All went well, and I was very happy to get the help that I needed!! Everyone was nice and helpful.

Can we please not have to listen to Christian Country music? I asked if it could be turned down, off or changed to something else, and they said they couldn't because whoever is in charge likes it. It's hard enough to be sick and then have to listen to music you don't like feels like added stress.
the care provider recognized the medication he initially was going to prescribe was a choice not good due to a previous allergic reaction i had had to a medication in the past and prescribed one more suitable...I appreciated his paying attention to that...looking at my records more closely...
Everything was done well. Everyone was very helpful and very prompt. I would recommend to any of my friends and family traveling that if they needed to, they could stop by at your facility and be treated with utmost respect.

Nurse practitioner, Mr Jones did no examination. He stayed at his computer the whole time. I went in there with left shoulder pain which I thought could be pneumonia or heart problems. Pneumonia because I just finished antibiotics for sinus infection and Mr Jones knew this. Heart because I know women present different. His notes talked about examination but none was given except nurse taking stats.
I was seen fairly quickly after checking in.
Good place to go with minor issues. Have always had good luck here.
I like the way you can get treated for your sickness when your sick and not have to wait two weeks like my doctor office wanted me to do
