I can't think of anything. Dr. Harden and his staff always take great care of me. I truly appreciate them.
Well the receptionist bluntly ignored me for about 30 minutes before she bothered to acknowledge me. But other than that it was a very good visit

The office staff/nursing was welcoming and friendly! Dr Harden was amazing and listened to all of my concerns and we have a plan in place to try and help those concerns! I appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to try and figure things out!

I loved my doctor and the staff in the doctors office. I was frustrated while talking insurance and preparing to get my blood drawn because the insurance specialists didn't have answers for our questions, and the financial people where the blood drawing took place also didn't know how to answer financial questions. It was frustrating that they're called specialists but couldn't answer our questions and left us to figure it out ourselves. Besides that everyone was great and, again, I loved my doctor experience and working with the front desk workers of his office.
No, you did nothing wrong. Everything was right. My phone is just messing up on my keyboard. I don't know what's wrong with it. But no, he was perfect. Everything was perfect as always. But he is a good doctor and everything went well. Thank you.

Dr Harden and his nurses at the clinic were very thorough and kind to me. The nurses walked me through steps of how the appointment would go and it put my mind at ease. Dr.Harden was very polite and explained everything in detail for me. He asked if i had any questions or concerns at the end and truly took the time to listen. His bed side manor was great. 10/10 recommend him
For me, it went well, the only thing I didn't know was that the pain would last until the next day. I think it was because of what they did to me, and it was already the day my period started. I started bleeding normally. On the second day, I no longer had pain.
Everyone is always so nice and cares about how they treat me. I would recommend Dr. Harden to everyone. He's the best.

Dr. Harden explained throughly that my problem was not his expertise and recommended the urology Dept and told me he would have them get in touch. Within an hour I had a phone call and an appt. I thank him .
Dr. Harden is professional and always listens to everything I have to say and even goes back to remind himself of our cases since he sees so many people all the time and he is incredible about remembering details of my C-section. I recommend him and highly admire his dedication to making me feel like I'm the most important patient.

I was having a family situation and EVERYONE (receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Harden) were exceptionally kind and patient as I dealt with it. I appreciate how understanding and accommodating they were. I was an anxious, frazzled mess, but their calmness and graciousness was so helpful. I have already recommended Dr Harden to family and will continue to do so based on this visit.
