Paige Alvarado, CNM

I’m Paige Alvarado, CNM, and I joined Phelps Health as a certified nurse midwife in January 2024. I see teens and women of childbearing age, and my collaborating physician is Phelps Health Obstetrician and Gynecologist Wes Harden, MD, FACOG.

I perform Pap smears and see patients for pregnancy, contraception (birth control) counseling and well-woman care.

As a young mother in Las Vegas, I lacked good healthcare support. Because of my experience, I want to support the well-being of our younger population. My job is to educate my patients and their families/support systems with the most current and evidence-based information. From there, I want them to make healthcare decisions armed with this knowledge.

I’m originally from Washington state, grew up in Las Vegas, but now call Rolla home. I’m looking forward to serving women in our local community.

Outside of work, my husband and I stay busy with our four children and their activities. We also own a pressure-washing and Christmas light installation company, so downtime is rare. When we are able to get away, I love relaxing vacations to the beach.
