They were very responsive to my issues and they were very helpful. They were willing to listen. They were very compassionate and they had a little bit of humor in it to where it made the situation a lot less friendly for me. And I appreciate their feedback on my solutions to my own problems and they were very good.
He explained everything and answered my questions. Never felt rushed, I felt cared for. I left my appointment feeling empowered.

Everyone was making sure I was comfortable and understanding that instructions de nurse how registering me even spoke Spanish and was offered a iPad to Translate in case I needed to. And Dr. Zakary looks knowledgeable and confident so I definitely appreciate that I have had a bad experience with this procedure before so praying this time will be different. ??

I was woke up at the sedation when the doctor was doing the needles in my back it hurts so bad and my back hurts worse than it ever has been really really sad
The only concern I had was post-op instructions, which I wasn't given any and had quite a bit of misunderstanding of what to expect.

I commented to my family and everyone involved everyone that seen me everyone that came to the hospital to see me. I told him how wonderful facility is, and the personnel from the housekeepers the surgeons, the nurses, the therapist dietary everyone was very kind and considerate

They're not trying to hurry up and be done with me to get to the next client. They treat me as an individual that they love and want to take care of, and I really like that.

My experience was positive and encouraging. Everyone was caring and supportive. My only complaint is trying to make contact with the clinic is next to impossible. I was told that I should return to the clinic for a 2 month follow up. I can't find the appointment in My Chart. I've called the office to inquire about this without a response.

I waited a long, long time for my provider to come into the room. Probably a half hour.
not have me sit in the back room waiting for the doctor for 45 minutes before he comes in. So I was an hour late for when my appointment was supposed to be. A nurse should have come in and updated me so that I knew what was going on and not just left me there.
