Provider was great, i felt confident in treatment recommendations.
I couldn't understand the nurse, but she was trying to explain things to me, how to get my medicine. She didn't know how to pronounce the medicine. And the doctor, our nurse practitioner, I didn't come there to go to school. I came there to get medical attention. That's it.
Nothing any better. My experience was excellent.
The staff were very professional and answered all of my questions. I left Urgent Care with a plan on how to get better and prescriptions to pick up on my way home.
The waiting area is small compared to the population that you serve.
Front staff was great nursing staff was great the provider acted like he knew everything and wanted to make sure I knew he knew it
Everyone was very kind and understanding and the wait time was super fast. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to everyone!
Spent 2 hours waiting to be told my son's ear would be fine. His eardrum ruptured the next night. Thanks a lot to a useless provider that could have helped before it got worse. Extremely irritated with your provider who obviously doesn't know what he is doing and shouldn't hold a medical license!
I was called into the exam room early to have my stitches removed so I would not be further exposed to several sick people and children in the waiting room. I really appreciated that.
It was a great experience.
I was very pleased with everything about my visit. My questions were answered and everything was explained well.
A very fast talking N/ P. I'm old and would have like more time with him. I do understand he has other patients
The doctor took the time to explain the treatment he recommended and it's working well.
As a suggestion , when the waiting area is full, the front desk personnel should ask their questions about person info quietly. My identity has been stolen numerous times and I like to be proactive about how my info is overheard , especially when people are standing immediately next to you. There's too many ways people can record or write down everything because there is no privacy in that particular waiting area. Your staff were friendly and competent but I will avoid that clinic for that reason in the future
Front desk, Nurse and the provider that taking care of me are very nice. Thanks,
Everyone was nice and was treated with respect, thank you
We discussed what procedure to go with. I decided and I am healing nicely
Aaron listened to all of my concerns and worked with me for a treatment plan that relieved my anxiety and made me comfortable to go home. He also called me the next day to follow-up on my xray results and asked about my recovery since my visit. I am so happy and impressed with my experience this visit.
The doctor wanted me to seek treatment for an issue I do not have and did not communicate what he was treating me for.
The only issue was the wait time as there was only one PSR at the time I was there. It was 30 minutes before I checked in, 30 more minutes to see provider.
The provider and nurse were very helpful and kind during this visit. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and efficient in checking us in.
Hi. The receptionist was great. There was no nurse. And the provider, Aaron, wasn't really listening to me and didn't know what he was doing. He kind of just threw a bunch of medicines at me and like shot in the dark kind of procedure. And that's what he did the last time I've seen him too. I don't think this guy knows anything. I don't know, but he definitely, and I am still feeling terrible. And it's been five days. So, so far, no progress. And he threw a bunch of medicine at me. He didn't even look at what I was allergic to, my files, the computer at all. And he did not take my temperature, but he put that in the chart that he did. So I don't appreciate that.
Hi, Aaron always does a great job. We're very fortunate to have had him as our physician's assistant. He's thorough, he's kind, he's thoughtful, and he's understanding. So I think he's an absolute asset to Phelps County Health.
It was a delightful experience. First time I've used a clinic outside of Fort Leonard Wood. It was a big difference. It was so much nicer and streamlined, and I was only there for an hour so it was worth the co-pay with Tricare. It saved me a ton of time, including the pharmacy that we used in St Robert Next time we're not feeling well both me and the wife will be back. Thank you guys. Have a nice day or have a nice night depending on what your shift is.
The provider ARON COHL, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to my MRI for my back that same day as I was in a lot of pain. He referred me to a pain clinic. Please keep him at the clinic! Thank you Provider AARON!
I will gladly come back to this clinic for future services
Very professional keep up the super service
Awesome people and experience. Took care of all my needs and listened.
Interested in my concern Helpful Kind Friendly
Everything was done like it should be done.
Aaron was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He is a top notch provider!
I had an appointment following my need for a visit the first time I came. I was there for about 45 minutes and had to leave. When I returned I was able to get in more quickly. That was nice. It seems many doctors offices are unaware people have other appointments and time constraints more than any other profession.
The doctor was very attentive, he listened to me, and he actually acted like he cared, and I appreciate that very much.
Better at taking blood. Better at taking blood.
I came in writhing in pain due to a UTI. I had gone to a previous clinic and was diagnosed with it. It got worse but the doctor wouldn't listen to me. When he came in to discuss my problem, he had already had my discharge papers in his hand. I had wait for 2h for fight to receive antibiotics I obviously needed and was denied the phenazopyridine I asked for, for pain.
Dr explained and wrote down the information I needed. Very pleased
Doc was very nice but he talks fast and not direct so I was not sure what he wanted me to do
It was the doctor. Absolutely the worst one I've had and I love all my other PA's at Phelps! Receptionist was great! The XRay gal was awesome! But the doctor needs people skills!!!!
The lobby and waiting room were clean. The receptionist was kind and quick and respectful. The nurse was very sweet, gave us advise since we were new to town, and was gentle with our boy. The doctor was very fast and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond.
The staff was quick, friendly, and efficient. I do not know if anything you could have done better.
Everything was well & treated well & understanding.
The provider was great, had great knowledge and gave me great information.
Very nice and experienced
They did everything they could for me.
Entire staff was courteous, professional, informative. The PA had reviewed my history & provided me information regarding other possible issues with my health & forwarded 2 referrals to specialists. Extremely thorough. Very impressed.
Everyone was fantastic. Everything was clean and profesional. The wait was a little long, but they were waiting for test results, so thats expected. Every visit has always been friendly and professional.
I came in on n emergency breathing issue and was taken care of immediately. It was apparent they were all knowledgeable and prepared to take care of the situation.
I think you are all doing a great job. It seems you just keep improving.
I was left waiting for quite sometime in an exam room. Other patients that were checked in after me were seen before me.
Everything was better than average.
It would be nice if there were more chairs without arms. The waiting room chairs are very narrow.
Everything was quick and thorough
