Aaron listened to all of my concerns and worked with me for a treatment plan that relieved my anxiety and made me comfortable to go home. He also called me the next day to follow-up on my xray results and asked about my recovery since my visit. I am so happy and impressed with my experience this visit.
The doctor wanted me to seek treatment for an issue I do not have and did not communicate what he was treating me for.
The only issue was the wait time as there was only one PSR at the time I was there. It was 30 minutes before I checked in, 30 more minutes to see provider.
The provider and nurse were very helpful and kind during this visit. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and efficient in checking us in.
Hi. The receptionist was great. There was no nurse. And the provider, Aaron, wasn't really listening to me and didn't know what he was doing. He kind of just threw a bunch of medicines at me and like shot in the dark kind of procedure. And that's what he did the last time I've seen him too. I don't think this guy knows anything. I don't know, but he definitely, and I am still feeling terrible. And it's been five days. So, so far, no progress. And he threw a bunch of medicine at me. He didn't even look at what I was allergic to, my files, the computer at all. And he did not take my temperature, but he put that in the chart that he did. So I don't appreciate that.
Hi, Aaron always does a great job. We're very fortunate to have had him as our physician's assistant. He's thorough, he's kind, he's thoughtful, and he's understanding. So I think he's an absolute asset to Phelps County Health.
It was a delightful experience. First time I've used a clinic outside of Fort Leonard Wood. It was a big difference. It was so much nicer and streamlined, and I was only there for an hour so it was worth the co-pay with Tricare. It saved me a ton of time, including the pharmacy that we used in St Robert Next time we're not feeling well both me and the wife will be back. Thank you guys. The provider ARON COHL, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to my MRI for my back that same day as I was in a lot of pain. He referred me to a pain clinic. Please keep him at the clinic! Thank you Provider AARON!

I had an appointment following my need for a visit the first time I came. I was there for about 45 minutes and had to leave. When I returned I was able to get in more quickly. That was nice. It seems many doctors offices are unaware people have other appointments and time constraints more than any other profession.

I came in writhing in pain due to a UTI. I had gone to a previous clinic and was diagnosed with it. It got worse but the doctor wouldn't listen to me. When he came in to discuss my problem, he had already had my discharge papers in his hand. I had wait for 2h for fight to receive antibiotics I obviously needed and was denied the phenazopyridine I asked for, for pain.
Dr explained and wrote down the information I needed. Very pleased
Doc was very nice but he talks fast and not direct so I was not sure what he wanted me to do
It was the doctor. Absolutely the worst one I've had and I love all my other PA's at Phelps! Receptionist was great! The XRay gal was awesome! But the doctor needs people skills!!!!
The lobby and waiting room were clean. The receptionist was kind and quick and respectful. The nurse was very sweet, gave us advise since we were new to town, and was gentle with our boy. The doctor was very fast and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond.

It was a good visit. Thankfully, no ribs were broken although it's sore where I hit and hurts sharply when I cough or sneeze. It's getting better rapidly, so must be just bruised tissue from impact. It was nice to know nothing was broken.
Made sure the crutches fit properly amd how to use them. Explained the features of the walking boot (air pump) and when to use it.
A child threw up in the waiting area. Receptionist gave them some paper towels, which they used, and then left them sitting on the floor. Not a pleasant fragrance for the waiting room. Automatic sliding door at the entrance was malfunctioning and the waiting room was chilly.
Check in needs streamlined. Care provider needs help communicating with no medical patients . On a holiday eve they need to check ahead what pharmacies are open . The staff was nice they just need a more efficient system
Having only one doctor during flu season is unacceptable. The doctor and staff were wonderful under the stressful conditions.

The staff at front area registration is always so polite when I come in or to any patients always smiling no matter the length of time or how many patients they have had that day ! The Nursing staff and Dr's are always very polite , friendly and courteous informative with my care of medical migraines and treatment . They alway treat me with the highest respect and always try to help prevent more stress of migraine sensitivity and ask if I would like the lights shut of in the room for the short few minutes I wait on the Dr . They are wonderful staff very caring people I appreciate all they do for us very GRATEFUL can not say THANK YOU ENOUGH .

I was in a lot of pain but he listened to my symptoms and prescribed medication that eliminated my back pain in less than 72 hrs.
Aaron called me when the pharmacy told him my insurance did not cover the medication he prescribed. He went over my meds and symptoms. The method he prescribed is working. As my primary care doctor is ill, the Urgent Care people have been very helpful.
Both the nurse and provider were wonderful. The nurse was extremely kind gentle with my daughter which in turn made my daughter very comfortable and calm. The provider went into great detail explaining things to us.
From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out everyone was great! Phelps staff is always wonderful. And I do appreciate the online health charts as well.
