She never listened to my lungs and according to another medical provider only gave me half the dosage of meds they would have given. Especially since I had had symptoms for over 3 weeks but didn't come to clinic until began a fever. I am still not much better.
Everything went very, very excellent. Staff, doctors, everybody was very good. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you.

Every time I or my family members come to Phelps Health urgent care we are with doctors who are kind, not stiff, will laugh and seem like they are truly enjoying their job and workplace, yet serious and helpful about our issues. This is not seen in many offices we go to in Rolla. Someone is hiring the right kinds of people! Bravo!

Entire staff was very courteous and professional. Even the staff that did interact directly with me, greeted my wife and I as we moved to the procedure room. Helen Litz, NP was very helpful and listened to my concerns. She explained her thoughts and then got to work. She was informative through the whole process and asking for feedback as she proceeded. Overall 10 out of 10 for the walk in clinic.
I loved the fact the nurse practitioner realized it would be silly to have me wait an hour when all I needed was a shot. I felt that was working in a responsible manner to get people in and out as quick as possible.

The nurse and provider were nice and courteous. However, the wait time, once I was actually in the room, was pretty long. And then after waiting that long to see the provider, she decided she wanted an X-ray, which they had stated would be likely from the beginning. And then after the X-ray, she stated it would probably be another hour wait for that, which I elected not to wait. So I feel like if they knew they wanted the X-ray from the beginning, then they should have taken that when they took me back to the room. And then I could have been simultaneously waiting for the provider and the X-ray to get read at the same time, instead of it being multiple hours back to back.
The facility was clean, the staff were friendly, the provider was extremely caring and sensitive to the information and symptoms that we were giving her. The care here is just phenomenal.

It was great to see my old neighbor Helen Litz as my provider at the clinic. Loved catching up. The medication she prescribed started giving me relief by the next day. I was really not feeling very well and probably was 100% better the next day. Thank you Helen!
The provider listened to me and took my concerns and helped me fix them immediately. I don't remember how to get out of this.
Although there was only one person ahead of me when I checked in, and I was quickly checked into an exam room, I waited well over an hour (maybe 1hr, 40 minutes) with no contact from anyone. My husband finally went out to ask someone what was going on. Apparently there was only one provider on duty. Once my turn came, I received prompt care.
I was left waiting in the room for quite a bit before being seen by the actual provider. Nobody came and told me that I have been waiting for so long. I had to go out and ask somebody at the desk to see whether I had been forgotten because I was waiting so long and the person at the desk was not friendly at all. It sounded like I was an inconvenience to him because I just asked a question. It would have been nice if someone came and told me, hey, your provider is running late. We'll be right with you.
I was spotted but ignored initially, no greeting. No indication of how long before she would be with me. I wasn't sure if i should sit at the vacant booth or sit in a chair by the wall. This was similar to my last visit there. There was one other person being helped in the other booth and she was draped partially around the wall watching the other registar. During registration the registar had kind of a flat affect. No emotion, no friendly greeting. She finally gave me a small small smile and said yes when I asked if it had been a long day. It felt like she was just going through the motions, getting the job done. I get it, but I think she can do better. Maybe she is burned out or has some personal issue that is affecting her. The rest of the team was great and I felt heard and taken care of.
Mrs. Litz was professional and cared for me as was needed.
I called the clinic before I went to see if they would see me for an issue I might have needed xray on. They told me on the phone to come in and they could see me for the issue. I got there to be informed they would see me for my illness but not for the issue I needed xray for. They told me I'd have to go to the ER for that. If I would have known that I'd have went to the ER in the first place.

The receptionist was very kind and efficient!!! The physician was very attentive and helpful!!
The cost was very reasonable. Everyone was respectful. The wait time was fairly long in the waiting room, I think about an hour, and the - not in the waiting room, in the clinic room. And once I was to all care, it seemed to go pretty quickly and well. It could have probably had a little bit better actual, like, overview of the next steps and the instructions, though.
You did really well with me and I really appreciate all your help up there. They are very good and I would come back anytime and I would recommend them. Thank you.
I'm not sure if it was just his personality or not but the nurse could have been friendlier. He wasn't awful but just could have better bedside manner about him. After all people are picking them because they are convenient and usually easier to get into.
You were there and OPEN when I needed you! That's a GOOD thing!
I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit.
The staff that took care of me was very informative they took the time to explain me what they was doing and what I could expect they were phenomenal. Would most definitely go back there again
