About Me
I'm Jennifer O’Malley, MD, a family medicine physician with Phelps Health. I received my medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. I completed my residency training at the same university. I see patients of all ages.
I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.

Gives me as much time as I need, respects my input, is very helpful trying to help with my issues.
I just love Dr O'Malley!! She is so caring, really takes time with me, and is just "real" to talk to. I've never had a doctor I liked better, I can't say enough good about her!

Jennifer O'Malley and the nurses took very good care of me, they always do. The nurses were exceptional and very compassionate and kind. Jennifer takes her time with me and answers any questions or concerns I have about my health. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor.

The doctor is excellent however, the nurses are lacking. The nurses have a hard time completing task the first time and you have to call back to have them get it correct

Dr. O'Malley answered my questions and provided me with the medication I needed to feel better.
We didn't feel rushed. The nurse and the doctor did a great job. A gentleman came and took some blood from my husband. He did a great job too.
It went very well. Both nurse and doctor did a good job getting the information needed.
I've had issues with faintness during blood draws, so they encouraged me to go to an exam room to lie down. This extra step, which they were happy and encouraged me to do, made that experience very non-scary. Everyone there is always very nice, and I love Dr O'Malley.

My appointment is usually very efficient, I may not always get in the exact time of the appointment but pretty close to it! I have been going to this location for a while its away from where I live but well worth the drive. No complaints from me.
