You were patient, kind and caring. I had a problem with time and scheduling that day you were able to meet that need. Even if you hadn't, the above still holds true.

When you check-in someone always greats you with a smile and isn't on their cell phone texting and saying, "I'll be with you in a minute." The customer service is great!
Jordan and the nurse were excellent. They did a fantastic job explaining what they were going to do to my son. He got an EKG and he had lab work drawn and the nurse was excellent.
I'm not sure everything used was sterile, because I developed an infection on that side 1-2 days later, Dr. was in a hurry to get to the next patient, & there is an antiseptic powder that should have been used that wasn't used.
Jordan listened to my symptoms and concerns and treated my symptoms accordingly. I appreciated being able to get an appointment easily at a time that worked great for me.

The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The nurses were caring and professional. Mrs. Priest was kind and attentive and allowed me the time to communicate to her the health issues I was experiencing.

To my knowledge I'd never met the provider I saw and she didn't even introduce herself. Just came in asking about my symptoms. Was able to get in same day which is greatly appreciated.
Ever since the hospital took over, I cannot seem to get in for my blood work before my wellness check where they have to know if my medicines are working or not, which they can't know until they do the blood work. It is very frustrating that I can't do it like I've been doing it for the last 20 some odd years. All of a sudden now, I can't get in for the blood work first. So that the doctor has it when I get it for my appointment. It's very, very frustrating.
Everyone was courteous. My wait time was minimal. Provider was prompt. All concerns were answered.

It's hard for me to make much of a judgment because this was just a wellness visit and my first appointment with this provider. I didn't have any specific problems so I don't have a lot to go by. I thought my provider listened to me and did what I needed.
