I needed an antibiotic. I know my body symptoms and blowing green snot (mucus) means a infection.
No issues, treatment and response as expected. I have use immediate care several times and never any issues. Reasonable wait times.
I should've gotten better test or x-rays.But instead was recommended too go too the emergency room .
I would recommend changing into clean scrubs when getting to work. The provider had hair all over her black scrubs making it really stand out. And although they may have been clean they did not present as professional.
The nurse practitioner should be aware that she may be working with a practicing physician at her time of service and should treat everybody with care and not show it with her attitude.
The nurse that roomed me was great and the NP Jennifer was fantastic

Front office caught that I said we were in the area as my son was staying with my sister, and asked if I would like to set her up to bring him in. I didn't even think of that. It's a small detail that can make the biggest impact long term.
I do not feel that the provider addressed my issues because I ended up in the emergency room in several nights in the hospital. She was more worried about me smelling cigarette smoke as I am not a non, as I am a non-smoker and there's no smokers in the house and wanted me to go to my primary care center, primary care manager, and did not address the issues I was having, difficulty of breathing, low oxygen level, and the issues that I came in with.
Jennifer is up on her medication she new exactly what to give me and it worked great she was good you need to keep her
Service was quick and polite. My concerns were listened to and considered in my treatment plan.
Everything was smoothly handled from the beginning. Wait time was very reasonable, and the nurse practitioner was personable, knowledgeable, and kind. The medicine that I was prescribed has been helping me so much. I am very grateful for the care I was given.
I had chest X-ray taken, I would have liked to seen the images.

I feel as though the wait time to get into an exam room was fabulous. But the wait time while inside the exam room was a tad annoying. I do understand they're busy so I didn't get upset or anything. It's just the ONLY possible issue.

The reason I gave it an 8 for recommending it to friends or family is I know from experience it's very expensive to come in there. And that's what kept me from recommending a 10. Thank you very much. They were really great to me when I was there.
Went in due to breathing issue when active. Got checked over after being sedentary for an hour so my issue reduced because surprise surprise problems while in motion are not problems when you have not moved in an hour.
I did not have any wait at all, which was surprising. Both doctors were great and took the time to make sure I was very comfortable and understood what was going to happen during my visit. I was relieved and glad my wife convinced me to go.
Well just because I am a type I diabetic they wouldn't tell me anything other than that I need to go to the emergency room because I have Alpha Gal & diabetic. They refused to write me a doctor note because I didn't want to go to the hospital. I had the flu I mean why should I go to the hospital when your clinic could give me the same treatment. Won't be going back to this clinic anymore. It was a waste of time and money. Thank you!

The nurse who completed my test was very courteous and professional. The nurse practitioner was condescending and rude. When I explained that I did know the pharmacy was closed, since I am pharmacist there, she actually looked me up and down. The provider then told me "I should know better". I feel this provider could improve her bedside manner.
