Staff was friendly and professional. Dr listened to me carefully and double checked a couple of things for accuracy.

We really appreciated you being there as my husband and I were traveling across the country. My husband had Parkinson's related severe constipation. Unfortunately, although we followed the advice given, nothing worked.

The staff and NP that treated me were very courteous and knowledgeable. I find it very concerning that we are having to rely on excellent clinics like this more and more due to the long wait times at local physicians offices even if you are established as a patient and are ill.

Yes, I went there because I thought there was something wrong with me. Everybody was great and we resolved the problem, we hope, and everybody was nice, and thank you.

I was most struck by the professionalism displayed by all involved. All my interactions with the staff were most pleasant, courteous and desiring to help me. I think the condition I am dealing with, is at its diminishing stage , due in large part to the good work of that tight, engaged group of people. I am so thankful you all are in this area going what you do.

This was my second time in this office and I have to say the staff are care team were very friendly and kind. Physician on staff very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and gave alot more information about how to care for my child. My daughter said he is a very smart Dr. I was very happy with our visit.

I have MS and don't walk well. My husband informed the x-ray tech, who did as my husband asked, and the tech carefully took me down the hall to the x-ray room and then carefully led me back to the exam room after the x-rays were completed.

I just came back from my doctors and they told me I have shingles and she was treating me. I forget what she gave me but didn't help and my uterus was out of place so the chiropractor had to pop me back in place.

Waiting room was comfortable. The nurse who took my information was friendly and made me feel at ease. She gave me an estimated of the waiting time which was helpful. Latricia was professional, listened carefully and helped me with my issue. Improvement: the front desk lady was soft spoken and it was really hard to hear her.

Open on Easter was great. Price was good. I had a bite next to my eye. Very swollen. Received all the meds I needed. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you.

The nurse practitioner was very apologetic for our having to wait to get exrayed. It really wasn't that long of wait but I appreciate her concern for us.

Wait time was short. Everyone was friendly and polite. The NP Latrice Juneau is friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain things. My experience there couldn't have been better.

Check in was ok. Need help. Poor communication. I sat in the waiting room for an hour, exam room for 2.5 hours, the lights went off due to inactivity, had to ask for an update on when I would be seen. Provider was rude. Sent the nurse practitioner in to see me instead. Claimed a walk in emergency occurred. Website says when to go to the urgent care v ER. Should post that. Or notify current patients wait is extended. Especially when area is under a tornado warning.

I was very pleased with the way that I was treated and taken care of by this person that helped. And I believe that the clinic is a very good place to go when you have something that's pressing and you need to be seen right away. It's very difficult anymore to get in to a doctor. And these are very competent people that work in there. And I would recommend them to anybody to go there instead of going to the ER and waiting six to eight hours to get in. And you've got something pressing that needs to be taken care of. Thank you.

The wait was long, a little over a hour but I was at the walk in clinic so I expected it might be. Maybe you need more providers there.

People lined up outside in the cold, coughing and freezing and they didn't open the door till 8:05. Receptionist was not friendly at all. The nurse and doctor were both very friendly

All staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and explained everything. Abilities to perform their assignments were more than adaquate and did not rush to complete their tasks even after closing time came and went. Much better service than ER.

I had an awesome and great experience there. I wasn't feeling good and they really helped me big time. I will definitely recommend her and that facility to all my friends and family. Thank you.

You did everything well. The Dr and nurse was excellent in listening and tending to me .

It's not good for a patient to be waiting in an examination room for the NP so long that the light automatically goes off. I don't how long i continued to wait in the dark.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was very short. I had a very good experience there and will definitely tell everyone if they need urgent care that is where to go.

Nurse and provider seemed to really care about finding what was wrong, in a timely manner. I also felt like they genuinely cared about getting me better. Extremely courteous even with all the patients waiting in line and their busy day.
