Dr. Ratchford is amazing and wonderful. Takes time to talk and explain things and ask if I had any questions. His staff is amazing as well!!
Saw the Dr. with very little waiting time.
Everything was fine overall but in particular the person who took me to the room was not friendly. She wasn't rude, just not engaged. She asked if I had any new allergies or medications. I told her I'd gotten alpha gal and she didn't comment or respond and on my visit information I did not see that the information had been added to my record. It's an important new medical condition I have developed that can impact medication and care and should have been placed in my record. She asked me if I was there for well woman, which I was, but did not ask if I had any concerns or problems to address. That seemed odd. The person who came into the room with Dr Ratchford was a different one and very friendly and pleasant, and she has been every time she's been involved in my care. I would not like to have the person who took me to the room involved in my care again since she didn't recognize that I was giving her important new information. She did not even acknowledge that I said it. If she added it to my record I didn't see it when I looked in the app.

Dr. Ratchford was great. He listened to me and answered all of my questions in a way I understood. I would definitely recommend him. His nurse and the front desk staff was just ok. They were not rude but just not very welcoming like some other offices staff are.
Dr Ratchford is wonderful. I would have him as my primary care physician if I could. After my appointment when it was time to schedule for next year, the receptionist wasn't attentive at all. I felt as though I was interrupting her...she didn't acknowledge me when I came to the desk...not verbally or even look at me.

Dr R listens to what I am asking/saying. I know this because he specifically answers my question/statement. Not just a nod or yep. He will give a suggestion/s to ways to help my problem. Plus just pleasant Dr.

He came highly recommended and I would recommend him over and over. Women's health is sensitive for many women but Dr Ratchford made my visit as comfortable as possible and was very easy to talk to.
Well they were nice. And I only had to wait in waiting room for 10 minutes or so before I was called back. I like that the office was warm. Sometimes you go to those appointments and your freezing. The dr. Was not only friendly but also efficient. I really appreciate that.
I had a wellness exam and was not swabbed for a pelvic and asked , and he had explained I had a good pap the previous year. So I thought I would just get the normal exam like always. He was very concerned about my mammogram follow up since it was about a month out from a previous one that showed a concern.
Really appreciated the amount of time the doctor spent going over my problem and the possible treatment options. It felt nice to be heard.

You could improve the experience by making more parking, parking garage somehow. It takes forever to find a parking place to even get in to your appointment. That's why I believe people are late.

Dr. Ratchford is amazing.
I did very well at listening and did very well at addressing all my concerns, and I had kind of too many, but really didn't help me with the follow-through. Like I'm having to do things by myself, and I was a little annoyed. I mean, I can give examples, but I'm sure we don't have time.
The visit was a bit brief as Dr Ratchford explained this was sort of end care because of my age and other issues. He did discuss medicines I was taking.
It was my first visit and I was very concerned about my potential test results.The professional courtesy and technical expertise of everyone helped to ease my concerns and I received such good news with all questions answered.
I just like my dr and his nurses they are very respectful and don't make you feel uncomfortable

I came in to see Dr. Ratchford feeling a bit nervous due to past experiences. I've avoided being seen for my symptoms and dealing with pain for six years until it became almost unbearable. Dr. Ratchford was the only Dr. to listen to me and help me!! I have already been recommending him to friends and family THANK YOU DR. RATCHFORD!!!! I also want to thank the nice ladies in the front office as well they worked hard to get my insurance in correctly and even had a laugh or two. Great service, thank you all!!

Dr.Ratchford really listens to any concerns and gives great advice and feedback. I never feel rushed or unimportant as his patient. I am so pleased I was recommended to this facility. The nurses I have had are great and very caring. The front desk staff are professional and helpful and great at answering my scheduling and insurance questions.
I was very impressed with Dr. Ratchford. He was so kind, caring, and understanding. He really put my mind at ease and even told me to not suffer if I get anxious again when or if another issue arises and to call him for assistance. He really took my trauma with poor experiences I've had in the past with gynecological issues to heart.
