Nicki Wolf, FNP-BC

I'm Nicki Wolf, FNP-BC, a certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages at the Phelps Health Walk-In Clinics. I joined Phelps Health in September 2026 and work closely with my collaborating physician, Jeffery Kerr, DO.

I treat patients of all ages for a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, strep throat, ear infections, minor cuts, sprains and mild allergic reactions. I also perform procedures such as splinting and suturing.

I take an evidence-based, holistic approach to care and prioritize patient education and a stress-free environment. I want my patients to understand their health, feel heard and have confidence in their care.

I chose to work at Phelps Health because I admire how much they care about the communities they serve and their efforts to promote community health.

I’m originally from Texas and my husband and I have three children and a dog. When I’m not at work, I enjoy traveling, hiking and cooking authentic dishes. In both my career and my personal life, I am guided by my faith and love for people.
