About Me
I'm Robert Pearson, DPM, a Phelps Health podiatrist who sees patients in Rolla and Salem, Missouri. I have 20-plus years of experience in the field of podiatric medicine and surgery.
I graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
I'm highly skilled in the surgical repair of foot fractures, hammertoes, heel spurs and the repair of bunions. I also am highly experienced with the care of soft-tissue conditions, such as the surgical repair of ruptured tendons, neuroma decompressions, plantar warts and entrapped nerves.
I am trained and certified in Graston technique manipulation therapy and Lapliplasty bunion correction.
An advanced service that I offer is platelet-rich plasma injections, which can treat a variety of soft-tissue injuries. In addition, I am an instructor for arthrosurface surgical implants.
I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.

The Dr. did great. But I'm a Handicaped person on a rolling walker and tofind a place to park close is same as almost next to IMPOSSIBLE.

All of the staff was very helpful and Dr. Pearson was especially attentive and personable. He also was very thorough in his explanations and made sure that I understood everything and asked if I had any questions, period. I was quite impressed.

This facility has a bad habit of setting an appointment without notifying you when the appointment's been made because my mother is in assisted care and it doesn't coordinate with my schedule and a lot of times when I ask for an appointment I'm being told not directly. That's the only thing that I can say I'd like to have improved.
I am frustrated that my foot is swollen and worse than a month ago. It hurts enough to have to use Tylenol. I have had to hobble and scoot for tooooo longi think and now the MRI PROBLEM.

I was especially impressed with the doctor. The doctor always, that person always explains just a lot, that teaches me an awful lot about my feet and about my neuropathy and even some other things that are related, explaining why certain places hurt and whether I'll ever be able to cure them or not. And I just learned a lot and I feel good about it.

Dr. Pearson is an excellent physician. He's compassionate and very knowledgeable. It was difficult to call his office. I'm not a fan of facility trunk lines. Unfortunately the trunk lines are far too common in healthcare.
