Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse provider provided excellent service, customer service, patient care, and quality service to me in my time of need. Kudos to all of them.
Complete explaninaton of problem and how to correct it
The front desk person is not pleasant. She is borderline rude, unhelpful, lacks understanding, and has zero empathy.

Your entire staff, every single person i had even a tiny interaction with, were courteous and kind and respectful. You can be proud of every one of them individually. If i could remember their names I'd call them out personally for their excellent care, but sadly I dont remember any names.

I absolutely love the Phelps walk-in clinic in Waynesville! It is my preferred place to go for a quick medical need! I would choose it 100 times over going somewhere else.
Everyone was friendly and professional, listened to my issues and provided great care.
We got there and they was one man waiting already the lady at check in asked us to take a sit and told us she would check us in soon. We waited 25 minutes for this man's family to show up and all 4 of them then checked in before us despite that 3 of them weren't even at the location. After waiting 35 minutes to be even checked in we ended up waiting another hour before the doctor even saw us. This would have meant any pharmacy would be closed by the time she saw us and we left. I could have gone to the er and would have been seen beforehand. After that I had both the nurse and doctor tell us well a family came in before us that is not true. I have no problem waiting when people get there 1st however they weren't there! I am disappointed with my interactions with the staff and will think twice before coming back.
Had sinus infection didn't get medication had to get another provider 2 days later to give me medication
They were efficient and caring and took care of me in a very respectful manner.
They worked really well with my son. He did not have any complaints.

NP Marshall is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with dignity and respect during my visit to the after hour care clinic in Waynesville MO. She had my x-rays stat, my wait time was extremely minimal. She talked with me about preliminary findings and developed a plan of action all while coordinating another emergency. All her interactions with me and staff were done with such calm resolve. She had compassion, displayed her medical knowledge with such humble integrity... I am very thankful to have had such skilled help in an emergent situation. I highly recommend her to be recognized with your daisy award. This is the type of professional you should reward, retain, and have as an example to your organization.
I received excellent care. The lady at the front office was very respectful and kind. Wait time wasn't too long. My provider was very friendly, very personable, excellent bedside manner. She listened to everything I had to say and my concerns. It was a good experience. I really liked the provider.
Aside from the 45 minute wait in the waiting room and the hr wait in the exam room. Provider was very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment and explained things very well.

Very courteous staff. They had an emergency which out them behind, however, what I found confident in the doctor stayed with that patient until they were transported out which told me she is a great doctor.

Additional information on things I could do at home to aid in recovery were provided on and easy to understand sheet. Really enjoyed the care provider and the nurse and receptionist. The nurse practitioner was good. I have no complaints about that, but I did have to, I was in the room for almost an hour and a half before I saw anybody, and my entire visit took three hours total, which is unacceptable.
