Employee Giving

The Phelps Health Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of Phelps Health to support the Hospital’s mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare. CARES IN ACTION is your opportunity to participate in our culture of philanthropy and give to the programs and services that support our patients and organization.

Money raised from employee giving supports the Mission Fund, which assists our patients with meals, medical supplies, procedures, transportation and more, enhancing the quality of care for all patients. Support also directly impacts Phelps Health initiatives, including facility upgrades and advanced equipment. Your entire gift (100%) stays within our health system, is tax deductible and makes a difference.

There are several ways you can participate in the Employee Giving Campaign and make a lasting impact:

• Make a Donation: Every dollar you contribute goes directly to the Mission Fund. Choose a one-time gift or spread your donation throughout the year through payroll deduction.
• Spread the Word: Encourage your colleagues to participate by sharing your story and the importance of the Mission Fund.
