ATM
A US Bank ATM is located on the ground floor of Phelps Health Hospital across from the visitor elevators near the Cafeteria.

Chapel
The non-denominational chapel is located on the first floor of Phelps Health Hospital next to the Emergency Department. Please dial (573) 458-PRAY (7729) for a recorded prayer. Prayers are updated daily. A chaplain is available at all times. Please ask your nurse to call or page a chaplain.

The Lily Pad Gift Shop
The gift shop provides an array of flowers, gift items, magazines and personal items. The Lily Pad Gift Shop is located inside the Main Entrance of Phelps Health Hospital. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The gift shop is closed on Sundays.

HELP "Here Everyone Loves Patients" Program
Operated by the Phelps Health Auxiliary and Volunteer Services, this service helps patients with non-nursing duties (e.g., providing a blanket, reading with the patient, helping to make a telephone call, etc.) Call (573) 458-7939 for assistance.

Interpreters
Interpreters are available upon request. Please ask a staff member to arrange for an interpreter.

Lost and Found
Contact Guest Relations, located in the Main Entrance of Phelps Health Hospital across from the gift shop, if you find lost items or if you have lost personal belongings.

Notary
Phelps Health has a notary public available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Call (573) 458-7900 for this service.

Security
For any security concerns, call (573) 458-7568, or dial '0' to inform the operator, or ask any staff member for assistance. Your safety is our utmost concern.

Valuables
Phelps Health is a public place with many people coming in and out of your room. We cannot ensure the security of your personal items and valuables. Phelps Health is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave jewelry, money or other valuables at home or with a loved one. If this is not possible, ask your nurse about storing your valuables in the hospital safe.
