We absolutely loved seeing Angela for our newborns care here in Missouri. The only thing that we would like to see changed is being on time. We were at the doctor's office for roughly an hour and a half, and we weren't seen until 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Other than this, everything was absolutely great. Everything was clean. Angela was amazing, and the nurses seemed a little, frustrated or just, you know, tired. But other than that, everything was great.
The wait time was long once we were in the office. We were there for over an hour. I know we had a test but they said it should only take 6 minutes to get results and it took at least 30 min for someone to get back to us.
I have never had a provider talk to my teen like Angie does! This is a hard age and she knows just what to say and how to say it so they don't feel like a "baby". Too bad we can't have well child visits every 6 months! She is one of a kind and I appreciate her so much!
She takes the time to treat each person. Super nice and doesn't scare the kids. Leasons to what we are saying to her. She the best

It seemed the office was running far behind for our appointment- our appointment was at 1pm. We arrived at 12:45 as requested by Phelps and then we didn't see the doctor until 1:45pm. These long delays makes it hard to navigate feeding and nap time with little ones.
Ms. Angie has been the best pediatric provider my kids have had in 12 years. We absolutely love her and appreciate all that she does. She makes each of my 6 kids feel like they are the most important person on this earth. They ASK to go to the doctor now. Thank you Ms. Angie!!
I have never experienced a provider who is more caring than Angie Watkins. She listens and respects any decisions we make regarding our newborn daughter. I feel completely supported and respected by her. She not only cares for my newborn, but makes me feel cared for as well. I wish all providers could have her level of kindness and compassion.
I had the absolute best labor & delivery experience! Everyone was so kind, continually checked in, answered all our questions, we never had to wait for anything or ask twice, all smiling happy nurses & just a great positive environment to be in for me & my baby!

I'm concerned about the cleaning procedures in this office. Is it truly sufficient to simply pull a new paper sheet over the bed/table, or should that surface be wiped first? We know babies and small children are susceptible to infection and there's always sick kids in the office, so I'm wondering why some surfaces in that room wouldn't wiped down first? Are different rooms used for well-child versus sick visits?
We are thoroughly impressed with Angie Watkins and will be transferring records for our other children to make her their primary care provider.
