every thing was great the nurses were very very nice
Having to go to another office to check in because the provider front office refused to. We then have back track to the other end of the floor to see the provider. That's extremely crazy... we should be able to go directly to the office and have her check us in.
The provider and nursing staff were amazing! The lady that checked me in for my appointment and did my paperwork in suite 300 was also very nice and accommodating with not only me but the rest of the numerous patients that were there to check in for several other clinics. I was slightly befuddled and confused as to why I had to go from the clinic in suite 380 to suite 300 to check in. Especially with the volume of patients in that area and there was front desk staff available in suite 380. This is no reflection of the receptionist in suite 300, just the process in checking in for the appointment in general.
Nothing at all everyone was great
The call center refused to schedule me an appointment with my provider and she was rude. Told me to go to walk in clinic. I had to message my provider to be able to get an appointment.

I believe that everyone did everything well from A to Z from the moment I got there as a new patient. So, give them my hands up.
Office called me and left a message stating I didn't get my blood work while I was there. No one told me I could get my blood work done at the office. I even waited about 10 min to check out, and the whole time I waited, no one said anything about getting bloodwork there.
I was having a very bad time. When I went in but the staff was very supportive

The gentleman that saw me was very thorough. . .he was courteous and took his time with me. I hope Phelps Health hires him after he completes his training.
Each time I have had an appointment, the office staff, registered nurses, and the physician have treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. They are truly attentive listeners. I am very pleased that I have chosen this practice.
I have to leave 40 minutes before my appointment and I'm only 5 minutes from the office. The parking is terrible I have to drive around the parking lot for at least 20 minutes to get a spot. You could build a parking garage!!!!! Either for patients or staff so the spaces opened up to attend your appointment.
Every visit to Ms Martin and her staff is excellent. I will not go to any other primary care office. I feel welcome and cared for. The team is very knowledgeable. I leave with answers and solutions fir my health.
Ariella listened to my concerns intently and had solutions to my issues that made sense. She cares and wants me to feel 100% all the time.
I love Ariella and her entire staff. I recommend her to everyone and my entire family see her.
