The whole time at facility was right around 2hrs wish it were a little faster but I understand the patient volume and testing can have an effect on the wait time.
You did pretty good, just work on the wait times. Wait time was excessive.
Everyone was courteous and professional. Can't ask for better.
The staff and provider were great. The wait time was horrible. 2hrs for a room with a partially filled waiting room. And 1 hr for overall treatment. This visit was a very simple respiratory evaluation but the overall efficiency for turnaround time needs a significant evaluation for improvement.

I really appreciated the doctor did not, I don't know how to explain it. The doctor that took care of my daughter, I explained to her my concerns. I had showed her the results from a prior visit to a different place and she, you know, said that my daughter was going to be okay, but she ended up giving me a medication for my daughter anyway in office and then also prescribed us some steroids for home and that was exactly what my daughter needed because she is a hundred times better than where she was left off with the other clinic. So I am just super thankful that this doctor showed compassion and what I truly appreciated was the fact that she was very, very thorough with listening to my child's lungs and really examining her just physically and visually within the office.

Everyone out front was funneled.into individual waiting rooms, where we waited for over 1 hr. Our son-in-law came in also, ten minutes behind us. He had to wait over an hr also.

I feel like every time at the walk in, they just throw diagnosis' at the wall and hope it sticks.
Even though it was packed and wait times were long, the doctor was focused and listened carefully-it felt like I had her full attention and did not feel rushed.
I tried going in the night before at 5:42pm and was told they are closed when sign on your door says 6 nobody in waiting room I pretty upset they could have got me in and out. Next day I was in line at 7:50 didn't get into room till 9:22 then waited in room almost 15-20 minutes. I had be at work at 10 so it was frustrating how long it took.
Had a 30 minute wait from when I was put in the exam room until the doctor came in
Well, I got there and got in plenty of time, but I had to wait a long, long time and I had an invalid at home and I was worried. So I think when we left there was only two people in the office and they were not people that had been there when I first went in. So I think they took everybody aside from me and got to us last. I was not pleased with that. Sorry.
My wait time was short. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff were attentive and friendly.
I was very pleased with the communication from everybody and being able to feel like they were actually listening and caring about, especially when they took my blood pressure over again just to check it and make sure things were going right. But I love Jennie. Jennie was wonderful. The practitioner was great. She was just what I needed at the time. She gave me a great deal of confidence in what she was doing and what she was saying and how she was treating me and I appreciate it tremendously. And I would go to her as my primary if I knew where she did any kind of a practice. So if anybody wants to get back with me about that, that would be great.

The doctor called in a prescription that isn't covered by my insurance and would never respond to correct it. So it was a total waste of a visit.
The wait time was not long, but nobody was necessarily rude, but nobody was friendly either. So that's something you could improve.
Thank you for helping me get on my feet while I was traveling through for a funeral and trying to visit family. Without your help I would have been too sick to see everyone. A HUGE THANK YOU! Great Team
We had a great experience at the Phelps Watkins Clinic in Rolla. All the staff there, including the doctor, was friendly, listened to us, was able to diagnose the problem, answer our questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it. Thank you.

Totally appreciated the time both nurse and nurse practioner (or PA?) took to listen carefully to symptoms and totally seemed sympathetic to my not feeling great. Totally did a great job explaining the treatment and why she was giving me what she was giving me! I knew why, I knew when I'd be taking them, I knew what to expect, ....just so very thorough!
We were there for a sports physical that took about 15 minutes to get done, but we waited almost 2 hours to get it done. Wait time was way too long.
It went Super fast for all 3 of my kids needing sports physicals

The worst experience I've ever had at a walk-in clinic. I checked in at 12:25 and wasn't seen until 1:20. I understand there's usually a wait at urgent care, but what I don't understand is being placed in a room after seeing the nurse, then left waiting another 45 minutes for the doctor. Eventually, I stepped out to ask if I'd been forgotten, only to be met with a rude "we're very busy" while three nurses stood at the desk. How about normalizing checking in on patients, apologizing for long wait times, and giving an update? That's what customer service is all about. I was in excruciating pain (which I made clear, pain level 10), and to make matters worse, I later checked my email and saw that my results had already come back positive for COVID at 1:26, something they could have told me sooner. Instead, I didn't leave until 2:20. My feedback? If there are long wait times even after going to the back then check in on your patient. And if by chance your patient steps out the room to make sure they weren't forgotten, dont be rude. A simple, "hey I'm sorry for the wait. We will be with you as soon as we can." Goes a long way. I grew up in this town and I'm honestly so disappointed.
Everyone was very nice and they did their best to help us. Even if they didn't know exactly what was going on they provided things to help heal it.
The reception was extremely rude! I would not go back to this location based off of how rude she was. She was very condescending. Her attitude was terrible. She was rude to both myself and my son. Someone else had left due to not being checked in properly and having to wait an excessive amount.
The receptionist was not pleasant. While checking in a client whom obviously doesn't feel well, grace and politeness could go a very long way. She unfortunately did not show either of those qualities. She was short, ill willed and mostly petty when the client said there must be a mistake because he has been seen there. She replied with obviously not because there would be a record. Then pursed her lips.
Doctor and Nurse listened to me and answered all my questions where zi could understand everything. This was my second time using this office and was well cared for both times! Blessings
We were in and out of this facility, including our registration as a new patient, within 23 minutes. We were the first patient of the day, and we were treated with respect and kindness from everybody who we saw. I was very impressed. Coming from a town where our urgent care wait time can be up to three or four hours, we could not believe we were in and out as quickly as we could. I would highly recommend this facility.
Staff was courteous and efficient. Provider was excellent. THe only improvemet I could suggest is improving the parking.
I went to see my primary doctor on the second floor. There was no doctors available very short staffed so I had to go to the out patient on the first floor for care. There was no doctor available in the out patient as well.
This place is the worst doctors office I have ever been to.
Everyone did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible as they stabilized and wrapped my broken toe. They were very kind.

I think it was a good experience. Everybody listened to me. I got in rather quickly. And Jennie was fantastic. I had a scratch in my eyeball. And she just settled me down, knew what to do, and just made it right. And I appreciate that. Thank you.
The doctor was amazing. I got a shot to help me deal with something I had been fighting for almost two weeks! Kudos to a doctor that gives you a shot because everyone knows a shot goes in your system quickly to start the getting better soon! First time I had met the new doctor and she was great. The nurses were great also! Would recommend.

Yes, the music was very loud and they said they couldn't turn it down and it was really getting irritating as I was waiting for a radiologist to read a chest x-ray. But staff was wonderful. Thank you.
Everything went well with all. Didn't have to wait long in waiting room .3 seconds later I was in the examine room for the doctor .didn't have to wait to along. So my experience was very satisfied.
