They didn't listen. Didn't compare MRI that I had here old ones with the new ones never seen a doctor only a nurse this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life you just made Mercy look good
I had trouble with the medicine I was receiving and I made the choice of continuing with the medication.
Visit was fine. The only complaint I have is the wait time to see the doctor. My appointment was for 9:30 and it was almost 11:00 before the doctor came in.
I think the providers should review my records before my appointment day and arrange for needed meds and additional procedures that could have been conducted on that visit. I waited a month to see this provider and all she did was ask me questions that could have been answered by reading my file. It seemed to be a waisted trip for me! I am just a busy as the doctors are and I don't have nurses/assistants to help me.
The RN's checked on me. 3x while I was waiting for the dr. They brought me water. The doctor visited me every day I was in the hospital. She communicated to me the days she would be out of her office. She communicated clearly and answered my questions. She is a great doctorr.
Had to wait but was understandable for blood work.

The amount of patients moving through the infusion center pushes the cleanup and housekeeping to extremes at times, putting the nurses behind.

The provider and staff were great but was hard for the provider to go over the results when they were not ready 4 and half days after the test.
