Madison Bogart, FNP-C

I’m Madison Bogart, FNP-C, and I joined the Phelps Health Walk-In Clinics in September 2026 as a certified family nurse practitioner. I provide walk-in care for patients of all ages, treating a variety of acute illnesses and injuries, including respiratory and ear infections, sprains and more. My collaborating physician is Phelps Health Family Medicine Physician Gregory Maynard, DO.

I’m proud to continue my journey with Phelps Health, where I began as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in 2012 before becoming a registered nurse. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many areas of our health system, including the Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, Obstetrics, Acute Rehab and more. These experiences have shaped my approach to care and strengthened my commitment to serving patients.

My special interests include women’s health and pediatrics. As a provider, I strive to meet patients where they are by providing personalized care with compassion, integrity and respect.

My passion for helping others started early and was inspired in part by my grandmother, a retired Phelps Health nurse. I’ve always enjoyed learning and growing, and becoming a nurse practitioner was a natural next step in my career.

I grew up in the area and am proud to care for the community I call home. I live in St. James with my husband and children, where we homeschool and enjoy life with our goats, chickens, cats and dog. Outside of work, I enjoy “grandma hobbies” like crocheting, sewing, baking and reading, along with family game nights.
