When I went to check out the person at the desk didn't know what was going on due to not having information yet. Was told I would have an appointment in one month and the person at the front desk hadn't received the information yet. It got worked out but the right hand should know what the left is doing for the patient. It was fast which I greatly appreciate.
THIS EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. in the past, with another doctor, the experience was terrible in spite of having been a patient for many years. We are hopeful that future visits will be as efficient and pleasing as this one was

Sydney absolutely goes above and beyond for her patients. I am so thankful that she was able to see me for a same day appointment. She always remember things about you that makes you know she cares about her patients. She is personable and explains things so thoroughly. Sydney listens and tailors every experience to the patient. She is an amazing provider.
They listen to me and let me explain exactly how I've been feeling for a week and that nothing had helped me and because I don't have a spleen my old doctor used to give me a anabiotic shot to help get things kick started so they obliged me and gave me the shot and the anabiotic and a steroid and I feel 100% better than I did I appreciate the way they listen to me.
The nurse would have been better to be polite, document the reason I gave as to why I came in and NOT WHAT SHE WANTES OR THOUGHT I was coming in. The doctor didn't listen when I tried correcting the nurse's incorrect documentation. The provider didn't give me a chance to explain all my symptoms. I have a sinus infection, not a viral cold. In the 24 hours since seeing the provider, I am so much worse. The provider should not be practicing. The nurse should not be rooming patients. The front desk staff should not brush off a patient.
They were fast. The entire process was 25 minutes.

Polite staff was efficient. Exam was thorough before diagnosis. Prescription was promptly submitted to a local pharmacy. Overall experience was positive.

I did not have to wait long to see the provider and she was able to give me the results of the urine test pretty quickly. She called in a prescription to CVS, so I was able to get started on my medication before my condition worsened. I want to tell you that I am very thankful that PH opened the walk-in clinic. I am prone to UTI's and the clinic has enabled me to get treatment so much faster than before.

Everything is excellent. Front desk is excellent. Nurses is excellent. Doctor is excellent. Environment is clean. I really don't have no negative feedback about the clinic. The clinic is amazing. It wasn't like, it wasn't judgmental about my race, because I'm Black African American, along with my kids. and you got treated like you were family. You got advice based off, you know, someone who cared and who wanted to do the best for them. And I would definitely, if I have anywhere to go, if I need any type of medical assistance or whatever, I would definitely come back to you guys. It was an amazing experience and I wouldn't, I wouldn't.

You can improve by getting a provider that actually knows if a bone is broke or not and having the supplies that somebody would need when the bone is broke.
Probably only drawback was the waiting area. But not specific to the outstanding care received!
As busy as they were, everyone was super kind. I really liked FNP Fryer, she was funny, casual, and very personable.

Sydney was amazing!!! 10/10. Wait time was 2 hours, which is pretty long. My room was slightly dirty. Dirt and hair all over the floor.
Did not listen to any of my symptoms or problems. Just prescribed a generic catch all antibiotic and shoved me out the door.

The Nurse Practitioner was amazing with my child. He had beads out of a bean bag he had put in his ears and it was an adventure for the staff! They were all fantastic and the physician on duty assisted and successful got the rest out of the ears! The Nurses were just as personable and professional as the Providers! This has been the best walk in clinic I have ever been to! So a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all of you!! Please don't change a thing!! I'm sure we'll see again!
Going there was a waste of time. Still had to go to the ER because they couldn't do any test.

While visiting from out of town, I had a relapse of a previous Covid infection and started wheezing again. I came to your clinic and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was taken back, had a urine test done and a chest xray andhad my RX's for infection sent to CVS and a shot of prednisone and was out the door in less than hour and half. Nurse practitioner called me on my phone before I could even get home to tell me my chest xray didn't show any pneumonia. I was feeling better in about 8 hours and so glad I came to your facility. Thanks! No wheezing!
Both my nurse and Sydney Fryer, who was my health care giver for the day, treated me with respect and were very communicative and explained things in a way that made me feel comfortable. And they were very thorough in their treatment process, which I really appreciated.
Sydney and all the staff members were very knowledgeable and more than willing to give me all the assistance I needed. I'd recommend all of them highly.
I am extremely pleased with rhe experience and care I received at the Bishop Ave/HWY 63 South Rolla location and will not hesitate returning if needed. The front desk representative was very caring and knowledgeable offering additional information and provider, Sydney was very personable, and thorough with my visit/care.
The nurse and PA were awesome... my finger was sliced deeply and they were very kind and assisted me through a lot of pain and discomfort. Outstanding care!!!
Even though the wait was longer than expected everyone was very friendly and quick to help and very apologetic for the wait time.
I would much rather utilize the walk in clinic over making an appointment with my physician. Staff at the walk in clinic are kind and patient with you. They take the time to listen to your needs and seem to genuinely care about you.

Timely response to my visit. I like the intern came in to visit first. I love it when an urgent care or hospital is training people. Intern was very nice and thorough, nurse after her was awesome as well. Area was clean and I was checked in very quickly. All staff was happy smiling even laughing and an atmosphere like that's always great to walk into.

Might experience with Sydney and staff was excellent. She listened to me and did a thorough exam and asked/answered questions. She gave me a plan of care and explained to me her diagnosis and treatment. I felt respected and listened too. If I didn't understand something she took her time to explain. I would recommend Sydney to my family and friends. The front desk made it easy for me to pick up my meds at the Phelps pharmacy by providing me with my approval/authorization from VA. Great job Phelps!

I love Phelps health. First time using the clinic. Very pleased Front desk girl was excellent. Absolutely great NP. Very pleased
