Logan and her nurse was outstanding. The front staff that checked me in was outstanding and friendly. Every one is professional and nice
When waiting for my shot in the infusion room no one spoke to me for about 45 minutes. I felt completly ignored. They were busy, but just an acknowledgement would have been helpful

When there are staff overlap lunch periods, I would recommend implementing or improving a hand off system so that the attending staff are aware of the treatment stage and status of patient(s).
Of course price is a major issue. Had to pass on some treatments. Too expensive after insurance

I am greatly appreciative of the staff at Delbert Day center they are the kindest and most attentive team of care personnel I have ever had they without question have the patient's needs and care in mind at all times and at every appointment I have always felt comfortable and at ease with never a question gone unanswered I could never thank them enough
I got in and out on time, there were no issues.
The reception staff and the provider were excellent! The nurse who took my vitals was unpleasant, curt, and dismissive.
I didn't have to wait too long to see Logan after I had my blood drawn so she could monitor my platlet count.
Have been treated by the cheerful folks at DDCI ever since it opened. Have had good experiences since 1985 at PCRMC but the DDCI folks step it up a notch.

I came early but my blood work nurse got me in quick and being early I didn't wait long as there was a zoom visit no answer.
All staff was professional and prompt. More importantly, there is a positive attitude throughout the DDCI that makes interactions a pleasant experience.
