Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code - A unique number assigned to specific medical services or procedures
Hospital charge – A charge by Phelps Health Hospital for the facility, testing and/or supplies
ICD-10 code – International classification of diseases that identify your health condition or diagnosis
Physician charge – A charge by a health professional who cared for you
